Eyes that Pierce

Look to the eyes
Do they pierce you?
The eye of the needle
Lets only One through
The meadow claims its ground
And the universe knows no bounds
The ocean surrounds
And the many territorial disputes
Have no meaning
We don't own the land
We came from the land
Can you own what you come from?
Things are turned around
Thoughts are reverse,
So the truth is we are the territory
And who do we say we serve
Who owns us?
Do we serve the land?
In other words,
Do we serve others as ourselves
And then look up
In Eucharist?
In the thanksgiving
That IS life giving,
Acknowledging, giving thanks
And praising the creator
Of heaven and earth
That is where we come from
Our life source
The heavens have no bounds
No chains
The stars are infinite in number
And each tear and rain drop
are unique
Mountains are rising in praise
And we're here busy
Trying to live truly
Worried we were unruly
Uncertain if we belong
We belong
Because we were created
We belong
And we are each a gift
And the world is precious
Particles
We mustn't discard
Because we too
Are Particles
Atoms

Eternal Remedy

Eternal remedy
Amongst the
Medicinal purpose of distinction
Accentuates our purpose
And tenfold our flaws
Raw to the point of flesh
The wounds remain
And the aim

Is to cherish
Not to disdain

What Matters to one
May not matter to many
Incense in the mind
That carries up
To the kindness
In each generation
Where Love abides
THERE is home

Falsehood
Lies and deception
In the landfill of time
But who is to decide
And on what authority
May one judge?
What comes with that
Is the stain on the soul
That perhaps some people
Are made more whole
Than others
Not true!

In His likeness
We are ALL made.
It would not be wise
To trade

ourselves away
To be in the likeness
Of the world

Alas, we are visiting
And the beauty abounds
And in the sound

of true Love
The infinite is visible
As a portal
Within and without
This is not a film
But the real thing

Fragmentary Cardiology

Oh the peace
Of the broken skin
Tearing down chambers
Of the heart
In the pit
Of the earth
Lies the inmost
Depths
Of the beginning of the
Middle of two halves
Two cups
Of tea perhaps
Maybe more
And unless you share
You'll find your cup
Fills so fast
The overflow is daunting
And to wake up next
To yourself is much to much
Look out for the other as well as
yourself
That way you won't lose yourself
In yourself
Invite
The uninvited
And intend for the peace
Of the soul to wander
Just a tad bit more
To a place of love
A place of piece
Where the puzzle lies in
Both the brokenness
And completeness
Oh the whole
Where we once tumbled down
Won't be there much longer
Unless we continue to visit
The centre of the earth
And in so doing
Live in the centre of the chamber
Of the heart

Broken Peace

Heaviness
In the steadiness
That is Love.
It’s unfortunate that at times,
It is so difficult for us to move
Forward.
To live in the present
Is so important,
But moving and being part of the breeze
Is also a great chance to fully live.
Arteries deliver blood
And in return the veins are tired,
But they return to the source
The heart
That beats as a steady drum,
Beats to the music and to the tune of life.
Listen to the sound and feel the rhythm
It will soothe any babe to sleep,
And it will give and take your life.
Blessed be His name!
For He gives and takes away
At times all there is to say is
Hallelujah,
Or have mercy.
Console the burdened soul,
Hasten the mind that is weighed down,
To get back to the place
Of true thinking,
And not to trust the lies that are constantly
Coming in the back door.
Oh, Hallelujah!
Oh rescue us from the pain
When it rains it does reveal the poor!
the poor of spirit, the poor of mind, and the list does go on,
And when the sun comes out
It dries the tears, but what have we left?
Is there Love to return to?
There is always Love,
It is revealed
And if we don’t see it,
Then the occupation of course
Is to take on Love
And deliver it ourselves,
To become whole in The One that IS Whole.
Through the brokenness that is us,
Peace by Peace,
We may break apart
But no matter what
The pieces are always part
Of the body,

that always is and ever

shall be,

Whole.

Comfort for the Clay

Beauty exists,
even when we can't see it.

The Dove flies in and out,
and yet is everywhere present
filling the whole
of the brokenness.

There may be pieces
within the cup,
but in Love
they are intertwined again.

Sweet gifts
in the mud
sometimes taste of dirt,
but in that clay,
in the dust,
is where Breath,
in the Beginning
Made us alive.

 Can't help but quote,
"O death where is thy sting"?
"O hell where is thy victory?"
There is no sting,
Even in death,
Even in the deepest depths of the pit.

For ALL was risen,
In Him
Who was crucified.
HE went to the depths,
and brought Adam and Eve
Up and into healing,
and into hope.
HE meets us in the depths
of our suffering
and in our sorrow,
and the chains HAVE been broken.

The world will not make sense,
and most of the time
if there is some sense,
it is just there to fool us,
and add up all the more
to the disappointments of this life.

In this life
there is joy,
and in it too,
There is suffering.

The time has come,
to give it ALL
UP,
to The One who can carry it
for us.
This is the only way,
and this is the only place,
Where there is
NO more sickness or sorrow
or suffering.
And in any present suffering,
We are not alone.

There is the Comforter.
Everywhere present and filling
ALL things.
Do not fear the depths,
as even there, The Comforter
can Now be found.

Rejoice!
In the conquering of death.
And there, only there.
In Him,
Lies our hope!

Protect

What can land in your life?
Land is in your life
Protect the land
Protect your life
Protect life

Hate has no place and cannot land
It can only spread
It spreads like a nasty virus
But never lands completely on one surface
It only pollutes the land
We are trying to protect
With our very hearts, souls and minds
Combined it can be a source of frustration
Or if you meet The Source, you may find He leads
To restoration of the way it was in the beginning
Or at least close

What can land in your life?
Land is in your life
Land is life

Water too is essential
To life
and it fills my soul
in combination it makes us whole
Holy mystery of Love

Love can land
Protect the land
Protect your life
Protect life

Where lies or focus?
Ponder upon these things that are good
Love can land
Hate cannot land
And although it can spread
If Love can land AND it can spread
How much more valuable that it can actually settle
And grow

Till the soil
Till the land
The sun and the rain and the endless gifts
So that the truth can land
In the stories of our hearts
And we can add purity of thought and mind
No judgement can exist
Where there is true love
The source is the rock

Heartily we laugh
We are sometimes unaware of what to do
How to help and sustain what we’ve been given on this earth
The beginning was a long time ago
The beginning knows no end
And the end knows no beginning
They are from age to age
And we cannot fully comprehend
Although we can be inspired and taste of Love
And be sowers of Love
Tastebuds may change with time
Even though the flavour is still the same
So we cannot focus on the land going back to the beginning’s end
But rather a new beginning within a beginning
To no end
To do one’s best
And to truly measure that
Is one increment
In this moment of life that we are given
that can be used

Even if we live 100 years
it is but a speck
in the grand scheme of time
To be blessed is to be able to do something
Within that speck of time we are given,
As it is a gift
A true gift
